The main character of the first film in the series «Town of Woman» is Zakha Khadid, the most famous female architect in the world, winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize. She has every right to reign on the architectural Olympus. Zakha Khadid is of Eastern origin, but is considered a London architect and a representative of architectural avant-garde. The first reaction to her work was hostile but with her talent and will power she succeeded in breaking the tradition, changing the understanding of architectural space, broadening the boundaries of the profession and creating a new form in architecture which captivated the hearts of opponents and critics.
